Good base salary, especially if you are just starting out. Travel opportunities, great experience for anyone wanting to get into the industry. Not somewhere you'll stay forever.
Cons
Management is wild. Whatever kind of day the manager is having, you'll be sure to have, too. Good or bad. No structure for the inside sales team, no professional development, outdated ERP, absolutely no CRM. The position is more of a glorified telemarketer position. You're expedited to make between 40 to 60 dials a day, and log it on a spreadsheet and the the internal system. Extremely inefficient. If you want to make money and are just starting out this is perfect. If you are a seasoned sales professional you may get frustrated with the outrageous bonus structure, and lack of management.
