Thanks for the review! Our aim has always been to have a great benefits plan to make life easier, which is why we also enjoy offering a lot of free perks. I agree that we work among some of the best in the industry and one of my favorite parts about IMC has been the opportunity to work with a diverse group from around the world while also having the opportunity to work in our overseas offices. I think this is something that makes us a unique place to work! I agree that it is not for everyone and we will continue to do our best to be transparent with candidates so that people that come on board relish the challenge and commit to IMC for the long run.
