Pros
Most people working here are fun to be around and make the workplace enjoyable.The quality of work for the most part is not bad. Some managers are great and fair (unfortunately does not apply to mine).Overall, the company is trying to make this a fun and interesting place to work and has come a long way.
Cons
A few people could need to be axed but they continue to be employed here.The manager are not all of the same calibre and some just cannot communicate.The ones I deal with are just bad and need to be replaced.A Dutch versus the rest culture where the Dutch are given seniority, priority, and management decision making over others.
