We are sorry to hear that you find leadership communications to IMC employees to be lacking. It’s very important to us as a growing and vibrant company that we ensure all teams have strong communication links across all levels to keep our employees connected. The flow of information between employees and teams is a high priority for IMC and we have established several channels to foster formal and informal communications including new hire events with senior leadership, team luncheon presentations, and Fireside Chats, to name a few. In addition, we are committed to consistent and transparent communication within teams through our managers’ regular 1:1s with team members, and across all teams and levels though our monthly update meetings led by our managing director.
