IMC is the best company I have ever worked for. It is extremely collaborative in nature (traders and software engineers sit and work together on projects), the work is challenging and extremely rewarding and you get to work with the smartest people in the industry. The hard work that you do gets noted by others including Senior Management (you are not treated like a cog in a wheel) and the monetary rewards, benefits and perks are the best in the industry. You can tell that people really love coming to work here, we make results happen and we have fun along the way. You create your own career at IMC which is great - I am trusted to get on with my job and am given the autonomy, support and challenges to have a rewarding career. I absolutely love it here! After working at IMC now for a number of years, I can honestly say that I could never work for another company again.
