      Time/attendance policy is incredibly rigid and ridiculous, and management plays favorites and does not apply the rules to everyone equally.

      We are sorry to hear about perspective although your comments about time and attendance must be very situational and specific to one location. In our decentralized model there is no such thing as a central or common time and attendance system.
