From your post it looks to me that you are working for us from India. Most of our staff is currently working from home. We have continued to give flexibility to our staff. In our Hyderabad office we have Hybrid model. Most of the other companies are working 5 days a week from the office. IMCS is offering much better work schedule than other companies. The problem in your case is identified in your statement "If you argue". Where is the need to argue when something can be discussed. IMCS is meant for only people who are serious about doing work. It is not meant for people who want to skirt work and have their way. We have implemented good process and we get results from it. We have more than 700 employees working throughout the world. We hope you will find a company that fits your needs. At IMCS we pay medical insurance premium for all our employees and their dependents. In the US staffing industry, most of the companies do not give medical insurance and even if they give, it has to be paid by the employee. How did we end up being the worst? IMCS is involved in CSR activities and employee engagement activities. You can visit our LinkedIn site to know more about our activities. We wish you all the best in your next job.

Pros

None from my experience. I have nothing positive to say.

Cons

Unsolicited recruiter spam for a supposedly detail oriented digital content role that contained multiple typos and duplicated wording directly in the job title. The outreach requested date of birth, proof of location, LinkedIn profile, and references before any actual screening conversation. Communication felt extremely unprofessional and confusing: - email was sent under one name - signed by another name - linked to a completely different third email address/person Overall the process came across as sloppy, invasive, and spammy rather than legitimate or organized. I wouldn't trust this company at all.
