Pros
Large company gives good job security as long as you're not at the bottom of the seniority list. Good benefits. Most coworkers aren't jerks, but that's depends on the office/team you're assigned to. You also have the option to transfer to 60+ different offices around the country, which is nice.
Cons
1) Do not sign up for the Employee Stock Option Plan, save up and buy corporate stock. 2) The C-Suite Executives are solely focused on building the company through acquisitions. Not good. 3) Most of the offices are understaffed, so you will be working a lot of overtime. Management doesn't mind burning you out, especially if you're right out of college.
