      They treat there employees like they all have felons, so they think you can't find another job. Or better yourself. They refuse to hear out there employees. They are quickly to play the blame game.

      The pay is competitive for the area and the hours are steady. Training is hands-on and coworkers are willing to help you learn. Management focuses on safety and keeping the machines running right. Overtime is usually available if you want it.
