Pros

They gave good first impression. Generally won't work at night/on weekends (no overtime) **but depends on your position. Salary is ok.

Cons

One person was terminated after 1 week. Another person was terminated after 1 month. Both were terminated due to not attaining their requirements/expectations but both were actually interviewed beforehand. Very high expectation for people with <1 year working experience. Even if you are confident like I was, please think twice if you already have a pleasant job / another offer. Probation period was 3 months but expected to master everything in 1 month. No benefits entitled during probation; no AL, no MC, or even Unpaid Leave. You literally should not get sick during probation. Prepare to constantly receive "constructive criticisms".

Pros

- Salary increment is very fast compared to other local companies as they are hungry for good talent. This year they start to give staffs benefit: eg: year-end bonus & insurance. Salary last time used to be low due to new company. These 2 years look like the company is doing very well. - Get to deal with region clients - Singapore, Hong kong, Thailand, Vietnam etc.. - They don't mind without IT experience as long as willing to learn - You get to learn a lot I guess, as management will involve you in every process from tendering, project implementation to upgrade & customisations. You deal with management directly. - They expand very fast. in 2 years expanded to few other countries already. - Management is very straight-forward in work-performance criticism. (Maybe is a negative for some people)

Cons

- Can get Stressful during project deadlines. Need to learn how to not be too emotional. - Sometimes Management expect you to deal with CEO of client's company directly. - Expect you to learn fast, be smart and independent. No spoon-feeding even for newcomers.
