Pros
Helpful burnt-out seniors and fun colleagues.
Cons
As you can see from all the reviews, this is not a healthy workplace. Any glowing reviews about the company are definitely written by the management themselves. Founders yelling at each other in the meeting room, claiming that's how they discuss and exchange ideas, and obvious favouritism from the founders, particularly towards those they favours. What happens if they don't? They will purposefully unleash unwarranted outbursts on you, relentlessly searching for reasons to place blame without acknowledging their own mistakes. Instead, they justify their actions by mumbling nonsense and boasting about their experience overseas, conveniently forgetting their own Malaysian roots and emotions. Office politics are practiced by the management, as they attempt to rally others to their side if they dislike you. What a petty, emotional, and manipulative attitude. Wfh if only you're the "Senior with experience". Unlimited leaves? In your dream. Your requests will never be denied, but you will be incessantly called upon to attend to client issues, rendering the idea of remote work meaningless. Don't be surprised, you never get any compensation for working extra hours/on weekends. The so-called "bonus" promised at the end of the year fails to make up for it. There is no such thing as appreciation, because they will make you feel guilty for receiving your own hard-earned money just because they’re the employer. Not to mention the extremely high turnover rate. They hired people out of desperation and kicked them out if the management didn't favour them (they’re not racist, just personal preference). No need to think twice, just find another company.
