      Pros

      Product -Education is obviously important

      Papa bear is a snake - former lobbyist who can't contain his lies, evil human being. Thought he was a smart guy at first, however the fact that he has blind faith in baby bear to run the day to day operations is a clear sign of a less than intelligent individual. CEO (baby bear) has zero communication and leadership capabilities. Attempts to intimidate and capitalize on his physical stature - not impressed. Interesting office dynamic! Had I realized the company was not a start up but in fact a re-branding of a previously failed company (Brandon COPsync), I never would have given them the time of day. I've talked with many former employees of Brandon COPSync as well as many who have left In Force and have yet to hear of a positive experience.

A former employee who left in bad standing for unethical practices is attempting to undermine our company’s mission by creating multiple false reviews.       Pros

      The environment is very productive, which makes it a very easy place to work in. The staff are supportive of each other, that it puts you at ease and you feel like you are part of a team.

      Cons

      There are no disadvantages of working here.

      Pros

      This company cares about making a difference in this dangerous world! They provide school safety solutions to schools and police departments throughout the country, connecting teachers with law enforcement in seconds during a school attack. The owners care for each of their employees, offering full benefits and competitive salaries. I have worked for MANY companies over the years, both large and small and I can honestly say I have never been happier to wake up and go to work in the morning, knowing I can make a difference in saving students' & teachers' lives! Join this company while it is still young, they are going to be HUGE!!!!
