- Communications with employees. We had a ton of information from senior leadership that was pointless but the information we needed to do our jobs well was lacking. - There was literally NO organized training. All training was Ad Hoc and this led to gaps in new employee knowledge which made the company and employees look bad to the customers

Overall great team players Direct management encouraging

No real direction on products Promotions seemed out of sorts
