Pros
Most upper management was very nice and worked well together. They genuinely got along and wanted better things for the company and their coworkers.
Cons
Very high turnover of entry-level positions. Likely more timing based (due to a large upper management shift and ramifications thereof), but middle management had high turnover as well.
