Pay increases are determined and limited subject to the terms of each three-year contract. Difficult to re-entet mid-contract if you experience a medical leave.

So many pros, the leadership actually care about their employees. They listen, they help, they don’t discriminate. This is the first place that I have been acknowledged and awarded for my hard work. They do work events, make their employees feel appreciated and the owner himself actually comes to the events and takes the time to personally shake your hand and welcome you to the company. This is hands down the greatest company I have ever worked for.

I have been here 2 years and I don’t have any cons. Would recommend to anyone.
