The company did not communicate well what they were looking for for an employee and convinced me to leave my stable contract position and then argued over who's responsibility it was to pay me. The "Business" is a mess, Tom is a very knowledgeable in IT and was able to provide tasks that aligned with the role I was hired to complete, but the other CEOs Dan and Rusty began to ask me to complete tasks out of my comfort level and there was little supervision my first 2 weeks. DO NOT LEAVE A STABLE POSITION TO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.

Worked well for the company i was in.i enjoyed it and working with the team
