      Pros

      Great company, fast paced and world wide market leader. Interesting market and diverse solutions, world wide clients and projects. Work-life balance is pretty good. Benefits are good also. You can meet with any chairman and superior managers any time!

      Cons

      Not much, some times work can get pretty tough, when meeting projects and deadlines. Quality some times get compromised because of that. If you like to be seated all day in front of a computer, coding with old and new technologies you are just fine!

      drama/ name calling/getting yelled at there is no moving up in this company no raises despite being giving various different jobs

      Pros

      INFLOR is great place to work, with lots of opportunities for those who seek them and an awesome team. As it is a company with one of the best wages in Vitória, INFLOR has really qualified technical team, which helps when you are starting your career. Management is okay, all managers are accesible, you just have to knock on their door and have a conversation about whatever you need.

      Cons

      Most products uses outdated technology, so, unless you are going to work on one of their new products, you'll have to deal with some old stuff.
