      Bureaucratic work, you will find it annoying the number of paperwork you need to do sometimes Power struggle between areas cause loss of productivity if you get involved

      they work focus in acomplish tasks, so you can finish all in one day and be free for the rest of the week

      They dont offer any benefit, they contract you for a month every month
