Pros
Decent pay and flexibility to work from home as/when needed. Great new facility - nice fitness center, huge cafeteria with LOTS of choices each day and plenty of healthy choices, and many comfortable little places with club chairs/couches to go and work quietly, have lunch, take a break or meet with coworkers (if privacy is not required). I would recommend working there to a friend based on their position. If you just want to put your head down, work hard and leave at the end of the day - it can be decent pay and family friendly/flexible (at individual dept managers discretion).
Cons
Very few managers truly appreciate their admin staff. I've never had a boss fight for me - fight to get me a decent raise or title increase. Bonus pool was always distributed among the "real workers" first and Admins got what little is left over - regardless of their "exceeds requirements" rank.
