      Good management Little politics Fun people Wide exposure in work (learning is good) High basic salary (especially the profit sharing) Prestige due to limited head count (hard to be hired in the bank not the shared services)

      Cons

      Long working hours (workload is heavy) Very pressured because high end clients are demanding Low benefits (hmo not good, little allowances)
