      Makes money for the head office overseas.

      Cons

      Waste of your career, even if 1 year. Nepotism supports poor performers. Most nepotist bank I’ve ever worked for. No execution of strategy with employees. Very lean, supports dysfunction. If not enough, below market remuneration.
