Pros
Benefits (excellent medical, dental, STD, and LTD). Some offices and managers provide flexible work schedule and achievement acknowledgment. Excellent paid time off, 401K and pension plan. Also able to easily participate in other ING programs/plans such as mortgages, banking, etc.
Cons
Compensation lower than competition. Local management changes can alter working environment and decrease flexibility options. Lack of available job growth and lack of achievement acknowledgment. No retention planning for valued associates. Human Resources not available to employees in regional offices except via telephone/e-mail.
