Pros
-a lot of hands on learning in a constructive and collaborative environment. -benefits seem to be above industry average -hours are manageable making for a decent work/life balance -the brand recognition is gaining traction after a successful IPO only a year ago
Cons
-there is some disconnect between a the different sections of the company -upper management tends to focus more on the insurance side -the overall company seems to be a little slow moving, but are on the right track
