      Good salary and very low demand to work. Benefits were also good.

      Cons

      The most bureaucratic company I have seen in my life! They are still on the "print and sign in 3 copys" and if try to bring any automation or at least question why so much stupid controls you will be isolated. Not surprised that they had to close in BR since they are totally out of touch with the brazilian market and everyone only cares to what the headquarters will think.
