None place is great they treat you like a family

There was a nice coffee maker, good desk space, new office, easy to walk to if you live below 20th street on the beach.

There is no direction. The company is based out of Toronoto and the owner has moved his son and others into big positions because this is a who nepotism ploy. If you are familiar with Groot Hospitality then you will understand its all ego driver heads, that then take out issues on the younger staff. I was supposed to reach out to a head in Toronto who was a guy with the company 20+ years who was "too busy" to pick up my calls and help me plan, and the poor assistant/project manager who was like attached to her vape and drinking tons of caffeine and was wired and bogged down with too much barely helped either. When it came to being unceremoniously let go nothing made sense this person refused to talk to me then had a meeting and decided I shouldn't be there? Also, all the owners there have either 20 year old girlfriends being 60 or will flirt with you, they will bother you they will make you feel pressured to give them time and attention and their weird rich Miami friends will i mean WILL bother you. Not safe, and HR doesn't care just says "happens" and she is a woman. A woman allowing them to oust and pressure women in the office. Ending all of this, upper management cant be critiqued , everyone in the company except a few people are family or visa people from Canada or even worse from overseas staffing their restaurants so everything can be less pay and weirdly under the table. They treat women like secretary in the 50s and overall they were unprofessional especially with how my path ended no help, no knowledge, no issues just boom we decided we don't wanna mess with it. Waste of my career time and waste of my energy.
