Pros
I worked there for a little while but left and soon after heard there was a change in management. It was a relaxed atmosphere. As long as you have a good work ethic....you will be fine and keep your job. When I was there a lot of bad workers were fired and it got the reputation of firing workers. This is a great job for someone who isn't looking for 401, benefits and doesn't mind long and unstable hours. Best for a college student or someone just starting out in life while they look for their next job.
Cons
0 benefits other than a few paid holidays...and you still might be required to work it. Crazy unstable hours during the holidays and the owner does not seem to understand how exhausting the workload is when done for 6-7 days a week for nearly a month's time. Sometimes it was almost offensive. Issues go unfixed... When sales are up, they are too busy to address issues, when they are down they act like they need the sales to justify fixing anything.
This is a small business that grew into a big one and they have proven that they do not prioritize anything over profit while doing a poor job of hiding it behind empty words and shallow rewards.
