1. No such policies in favour of female staff 2. No Job security, they can throw you out of the company anytime 3. So much politics by the management (Vaibhav Jain) 4. They will hold your increments if you tell them that you are on the family way 5. Sick management 6. Will never get the appreciation after contributing 100%

It is a good company to work for, and the environment is very chill.
