      1. work and life balance, 2. flexible working hours

      1. Management fails to recognize your hard work ppl. 2. Completely flat organization, no senior or junior hierarchy. 3. No Comp offs are included even, if we work over weekends 4. Suddenly all new policies will be included just before the review/appraisal cycle 5. no proper infrastructure

      Thank you for your feedback. We hold quarterly All Hands meetings to recognize efforts and maintain transparency. Our flat hierarchy supports open communication and individual growth. Policies are reviewed regularly, not just before appraisals, and we've recently moved to a larger facility to enhance our work environment. We value your input and remain committed to continuous improvement.
