Pros

When Inscale contacted me to join them. Everything looks wonderful. 2023 growths up to 20%, investment in marketing. Openings position. Good conditions. Great conversation with the manager etc etc

Cons

When I joined one month later after signing my contract and giving my resignation everything was different than expected. The manager who hired me has been layed off because of is divergent opinion with the management The company looks like that they are in emergency of result. Toxic environment that everytime your present a different opinion than the CCO you are threatened of being fired. Within less than 2 months there, I have seen two of my colleagues living the office crying. I had to leave during my probation period has the management wouldn't keep is engagement with me and to solved it decided to end up my contract.

Pros

There is a positive and collaborative working culture among colleagues and team members, with individuals supporting one another and maintaining open communication in their day‑to‑day interactions.

Cons

When you are happy, the cons do not really matter.

Pros

The colleagues here are some of the best I’ve worked with, supportive, collaborative, and enjoyable to work alongside. The overall team culture at the peer level is strong.

Cons

There are also concerns around how feedback and team dynamics are being managed. Individuals who openly voice constructive feedback appear to be discouraged, which risks silencing valuable perspectives that could otherwise improve team performance. At the same time, there seems to be a pattern of preventing strong team alignment or cohesion. A lack of unity within the team can create an environment where individuals feel isolated rather than supported, ultimately weakening collaboration and trust. This approach may unintentionally (or otherwise) preserve short-term control, but it comes at the cost of transparency, innovation, and long-term team effectiveness. Healthy teams rely on open communication and mutual trust, without these, both morale and performance are likely to decline.
