1. Danny & Illona have unreasonable standards. 2. There is a severe lack of proper supervision. 3. If you do not partake in any of their office festivities or activities, you will be looked down upon and blamed for being a recluse. 4. I have been reprimanded for upholding my personal beliefs. 5. The colleagues there at the time were incredibly clique-ish, which made collaboration difficult. 6. Incredibly long hours. Expect to over-time till late. 7. Toxic work culture supported by both Danny & Illona - this gave me and many of my colleagues undue stress and anxiety.
