Pros
The Integris culture of constant improvent sounds great and it can really mean your voice is heard....but it also means Nothing lasts for longer than 5 minutes, so you never know what is going on.
Cons
Do not work a salaried position here. They can not get their heads around what an exempt employee means. For example: they will tell you you have to take an hour lunch, then HR will tell you that's nonsense, then 3 months later leadership will change their minds yet again and tell you everyone has to take a half hour lunch and be here 8.5 hours.
