      Pros

      I loved the team I worked with, lots of excellent nurses and doctors. I began here as an EMT with no prior experience, and was trained very quickly. Working in Baptist and Southwest, you will have the opportunity to see a variety of chief complaints. Integris health facilities are great help to learn at, as they offer many continued education opportunities.

      Cons

      Several departments suffer from short-staffing. Switching from a full-time position to PRN is difficult and timely. Pay is decent, but could be more competitive.

      Pros

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      Pros

      Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

      Cons

      understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
