      Pros

      The small rural hospital setting feels like family. I love walking in the main hallway and seeing people from other departments who have been here for decades. The amount of work experience and knowledge shows. People are friendly, willing to serve the community and take pride in their work.

      Cons

      As with most nursing jobs, sometimes really busy due to high census, other times low census and not so many hours to work.

      Pros

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      Pros

      Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

      Cons

      understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
