This is a very organized place to work.

Management can overstep boundaries and seem vindictive.

It's a large company so there are a lot of resources for you to succeed, especially if you are in a clinical role. Their pay is great.

PTO policy is terrible - no paid holidays but they force you to use PTO on holidays where the corporate office is closed. They are constantly doing hiring then layoffs.
