* With all of the executive leadership changes that have happened over the last few years, this organization is not the same place it was when I started here over 20 years ago.
* I'm hearing murmurings that there are meetings being held to re-write the mission/vision/values ... I hope that's true because I don't believe this organization holds true to those any longer.
* People have been placed in leadership roles without regard to their treatment of colleagues and/or performance.
* There are many "blanket statements" made about departments within the organization without giving regard to all of the individual teams it takes to keep that department running.
