      Pros

      Supervisors are supportive and very involved in helping their employees be successful. Integris health offers an excellent wellness program to help employees better themselves.

      Cons

      Integris health's weakest point is their pay. Other facilities within the same category offer higher wages for the same job title and they also offering differing wages from one facility to another for the same job class.

      Pros

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      Pros

      Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

      Cons

      understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
