Pros
I have been with INTTRA for almost a year and have to say that I am sad to go. The last one year has been an exciting journey that saw me challenge my own limitations. This could not have been possible without the full support of the Senior leadership team of INTTRA. I now truly believe that the impossible can be achieved with the right focus and drive and I will remain thankful to those who pushed me to achieve what I initially thought was too ambitious!! The energy and 'Can-Do' fever was palpable in the organisation.
Cons
The acquisition by E2Open has seen rapid reversals in the strategy set-out by the previous leadership team. It is ofcourse the prerogative of every new leader to chart their own course... only time will tell if reversing every single decision of the previous leadership lost the company internal and external good will or helped create more value for the shareholders!!
