Good for freshers, they might get a chance to work in cutting-edge technology. But they have to groom themselves, they might get any help if they are lucky.
Cons
1.No work-life balance. 2.No employee benefits 3. Management tries to involve in employees personal matters. 4. The culture built says everybody is the same but everybody is noway the same, mental pressure is a must thing here. 5. You are forced to work on weekends in the name of deadlines. 6. Since you have skills, you will be asked to work in multiple projects. 7. When it's a company work the management will reach you personally, but if some plunder happens from your end everything becomes corporate, things will be communicated through the mail. 8. It's a whole toxic culture, covered with a cloak of false hope of growth and false emotional bonds.
