A very employee friendly company of dedicated, hard-working employees. Good cooperative team environment. Excellent benefits, growing industry and company is continually investing in itself and different geographical markets.
Cons
The longevity of most careers speaks volumes about the company, its culture and dedication to employees, but does hinder promotion opportunities a bit.
