Pros
-Very flexible with time off (short notice vacations, or emergencies.) -Management is thoughtful and understanding. -Lots of opportunities to engage with Inflow and provide input. -No micro-management, or unrealistic expectations, whatsoever. -Fantastic career opportunity!
Cons
-If I had to list at least one con, it would be too many surveys (this is a joke con, the surveys show that management cares about the employees and our input + making the best possible changes to meet our needs.) -No real cons at all!
