Stay away - Anonymous employee IONOS Employee Review

Poor work home life balance as the schedules are rigid and can change rapidly with little to no warning. Senior management doesn't listen to feedback on products provided from customer base or from the respective teams. Management Doesn't value dedicated workers. Doesn't provide a nurturing environment for for enthusiastic workers. The leadership provides a smothering overwhelming presence much like a helicopter parent with a child. This causes much undue stress on the workers.
