Pros

Remote working. Clients are private health care and always within remit. No waiting lists for clients.

Cons

Micro management. Excessive caseload. No support. Don't ever leave your desk to use the bathroom- it's frowned upon. Team morale is low, staff turnover is high. Management will change your diaries and not communicate it to you. 8/9 clients daily- diary is fully loaded with no breathing space. Denial culture- everything is fine with the way we're running. HR do not intervene despite a constant high staff turnover. Your voice is silenced if you express the team are struggling. Poor salary- but that's the least of this companies problem.

Pros

It is remote role so offers flexibility.

Cons

Terrible sickness policy. Supervision, CM, LM and other meetings do not count as contacts and need to be completed along with 5 clinical contacts. Alot of micromanaging, terrible management and large turnaorund time
