      Good work ,lot to learn, work on many technologies. More concentrate on basic concepts than learning many programming langagues.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Need to stay long hours whether you have work or not.

      Pros

      It's a very good place to learn the latest technologies, product development life cycle - directly with such matured persons; if you sustain for 6 or more years with good ratings, you are top of the world guy and excel anywhere you go ;)

      Cons

      no-nonsense management - flat hierarchy, 90% A-team players, weak players can't sustain , either do or find a way to do it - no middle ground

      Great learning environment. you feel valued as your ideas are discussed and you are given time to test them.

      the office infra is not too good, need at least a coffee machine
