      Pros

      I had an amazing team lead. I would work for him again if he would join another company.

      Cons

      Toxic CEO, toxic environment between teams, constant lay-offs and money struggles, a lots of bias, micromanagement and lack of common sense. A lots of gossips. Constantly changing people in marketing without even allowing them to get fully onboarded and start delivering properly.

      Pros

      We moved our outbound mail to IPXO IPs to avoid risk to our main domains. The IPs were clean, and deliverability improved right away. A reliable option for email-focused businesses.

      Salaries higher than average, additional vacation days for parents

      Cons

      Company culture can be toxic since the usual response to failure is to blame someone else, slacking and not doing their work is tolerated even among top level managers, company is small and there are little career opportunities
