Pros
Everyone in the organization is accessible. From bottom to top, there is a real sense of community. Everyone is invested in the success of one another. Anyone can speak to anyone (up to and including the President & CEO) and fully expect to receive their full attention and thoughtful consideration. I have worked in managerial capacities in two large corporations prior to my joining the iPROMOTEu Team and I can say with all confidence that Senior Management has assembled the most honest, hard-working and selfless people I've ever worked with. I am very proud of what we all have been able to accomplish.
Cons
While every company can always improve, there are no cons of note to relay here. This company has evolved from a small operation to one of the most well respected organizations in its respective industry. You don't get there without client and staff retention, by constantly improving the experience of both. That is just what this company continues to do.
