Pros
Hey, when I first started I never anticipated what this experience would be like at IQ Formulations. It is fast paced (as others have noted on Glassdoor.com) but the experience has been worth every minute of it! All of us, myself included have felt the pressure to exceed at this company, but we have also felt the trill of VICTORY when our company is recognized nationally as one of the best of best in its industry. We all feel connected here as a team...not one of us individual is to blame for mistakes...nor, is one of us honored for the success...we all share in our experience together as one family. And this feeling is resonated from the top executives on down. I love my experience so far and I wouldn't trade it for anything...thanks also the CEO who has grown to be more than a boss to me...he is a mentor and a friend.
Cons
While I love working at IQ Formulations, if I have to be critical and provide a criticism it would be that the fast growth of the company is in need of more personnel. Right now many of us wear different hats to get the job done...but if you are like me and are looking for more job experience and like a challenge, then it is all in a days work. I am looking forward to IQ bringing in more people like myself, as it would only add to the excitement and family environment....not to mention helping us get to the next level in our industry.
