Food in the office, and payments on time

Cons

They try to make changes all the time in order to avoid paying bonuses, which is about 40% of the salary. Challenging job: answering from 6 to 18 chats at all times (12+ hour shifts) Tutors and supervisor help as little as possible

You're right that our Support team has hard and challenging work tasks. But according to internal data all our employees after probation get bonuses. The bonus size might change depending on KPI results but the team creates a realistis KPI and helps employees via tutors. We do our best to make IQ Option the great place for work.
