Opportunities for career progression. Excellent training & coaching. Fun, supportive work environment. I currently work in the Commercial Production team at IQPC and have been fortunate to have a career spanning multiple roles and locations, including London (2006-2008) and Dubai (2008-2013), and back to London (2021-present). IQPC has always stood out to me as a company that genuinely invests in its employees. The training and development opportunities are exceptional, including formal programmes like the ITM and MDP courses, as well as informal coaching. Every employee creates an Individual Development Plan with their Manager, which is tailored to help you achieve your career goals, and the opportunities for progression are plentiful if you're willing to put in the effort. I've personally benefited from these programmes, as well as regular ongoing training and individual coaching, and have had the chance to work abroad and in diverse roles, which has been incredibly rewarding. The benefits package is also a standout feature. The Employee Assistance Programme and Medicash plan are excellent, providing real support when needed. IQPC also fosters an inclusive and collaborative culture with internal groups like Charity & Culture, Women in Business, Diversity & Inclusion, Menopause Awareness, and Neurodiversity Awareness. One of the things I value most is the supportive environment created by colleagues and leadership. The culture here is collaborative, and you’re surrounded by people who are committed to helping each other succeed. Cons
None for me, but the industry does require high commitment. For me personally, there are no cons. However, it's worth noting that this industry is fast-paced and you'll often be juggling multiple projects at once, which can be challenging and isn’t for everyone. If you enjoy a high-energy environment that demands the best of you, you’ll excel here.
