Paying our employees fairly and competitively for their hard work is a priority for IRIS. In addition to being a Real Living Wage Employer, we run an annual salary review using external benchmarking data to ensure our pay remains competitive within the market. We also offer pay scales in select departments to provide a clear pathway for salary growth as skills develop, alongside an annual bonus entitlement for all permanent employees.
We understand the importance of career progression and development opportunities, which is why we have launched our career framework to provide transparency around roles and growth paths. In addition, we offer extensive training and personal development options, such as our Learning with IMPACT platform, our Elevate personal growth pathway, and our High Potential Programme, which supports employees aspiring to leadership roles.
