We have a commission scheme that rewards high performance in our fantastic salespeople, and we are focused on supporting their training needs so that they have the opportunity to earn great commission and personally grow their careers. We also have Customer Focus as one of our core values, and treating the customer as a celebrity is at the heart of everything we do. The company has invested significantly in developing our products, including our new IRIS Elements Platform, which is a great example of how we listen and respond to our customer needs.
